Congratulations to our School Spelling Bee winners:
1st place: Alvaro M., grade 5
2nd place: Joy T., grade 6
3rd place: Roniel L., grade 6
Alvaro received a year's subscription to Encyclopaedia Brittanica's online encyclopedia, thesaurus, dictionary, and atlas as his prize for being deemed Galileo's SPELLING CHAMPION!

Alvaro and Joy will be representing Galileo Academy as they compete at the Daily Press Spelling Bee which will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Victor Valley College. GOOD LUCK!
