Enrollment Instructions for the 2025/2026 School Year
Welcome to the Victor Elementary School District (VESD), where we are proud to offer 18 schools, including two charter schools. Each campus features its own unique focus, ensuring every family can find the perfect match for their child’s needs. As a district of choice, parents have the freedom to select any VESD school. To make things even more convenient, the district is divided into four quadrants, and busing is provided free of charge to any school within the quadrant you reside in.

1. Create or Log Into Your ParentVUE Account
- If you are new to VESD, you will need to create a new ParentVUE account.
- If you have previously enrolled a student at VESD, please log in to your existing ParentVUE account.
2. Select Your Enrollment Packet
- After logging in, choose either the New Student or Returning Student enrollment packet, depending on your student’s status.
3. Choose Your School Site

You will be prompted to select the specific school you wish to enroll your student in.
4. Lottery Based Schools (Challenger, Discovery, Endeavour, Galileo, Sixth Street Prep, West Palms Conservatory) *Please note that Mountain View Montessori is a lottery-based school as well, but has a separate lottery form and process.

After logging in, under the 2025-2026 School Year, select "Lottery Application"

If you live outside of the district boundaries and are not currently on an approved Inter-District transfer, do not apply for lottery application at this time. Please follow steps listed under Interdistrict Transfers section.

Anyone applying after April 28th, will be placed at the end of the Waiting list. Waitlist and lottery applications DO NOT carry over from year to year; they must be resubmitted annually.
5. Upload Required Documents

You will be asked to provide certain documents during the online enrollment process.

If you have any questions about the documents or are unable to upload them, please contact the school site directly for assistance.
6 Special Education / 504 Plans

If your student receives special education services and has a current Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan, please bring a copy of the IEP or 504 Plan to the school site where you are enrolling.

Please be aware that some schools may be at or near capacity. If a school has reached capacity, a lottery will be conducted at a later date, and some students may be placed on a waitlist. Our team will ensure your student is placed at a school with available space.
Transitional Kindergarten
Transitional Kindergarten, or TK, bridges the path between preschool and Kindergarten. Students learn essential pre-literacy, pre-math, and develop social and behavioral skills needed to succeed in school and life!
Starting in the 2025-26 school year, all children who turn four by September 1,2025, are eligible for TK.
TK is offered at all 18 VESD schools.

ParentVUE offers secure, private access to your student's school information, including:
- View Attendance Information and Submit Notes
- Health and Student Office Visits
- Register New Students
- View and Edit Emergency Contacts
- School Calendar and Events
- District and School Communications and Updates
One account gives you access to all of your students in VESD.
Activate yours today!
Each parent/guardian who has Educational Rights to their students can have an account. Once you activate your account, you can use that log in throughout your student's VESD schooling. No need to activate each year.
ParentVUE is also the best way to update your contact information to ensure you receive district and school notifications.
